Results
- For Allerly, I designed and delivered a clear, safety-first brand and website that transforms allergen communication into a calm, intuitive digital experience for hospitality guests and operators.
- The branding was built around trust, clarity, and modern hospitality, deliberately avoiding clinical or regulatory aesthetics. Visually and verbally, Allerly feels reassuring and approachable, positioning allergen safety as part of good service rather than a compliance burden.
- The tone of voice is clear, empathetic, and confident — using plain language to reduce anxiety, guide decision-making, and support both guests and staff without friction or jargon.
- The result is a mobile-first website and QR menu experience that enables guests to confidently filter allergens, reduces pressure on front-of-house teams, and improves service flow at the point of order. Allerly presents venues as responsible, modern, and guest-focused while remaining scalable across multiple brands and locations.
